Small chops are one of the amazing side dishes served in parties and general events. As a startup, you will need to know your targeted clients.
As a business owner, you need to be aware of the prices of ingredients, number of servings and client’s order. The main small chops includes spring rolls, puf puf, samosas, meat balls, gizzards e.t.c. It is mostly served alongside with mocktails and other side dishes.
Students will learn the basic ingredients for small chops production through these videos and note..
• Students are required to go through the videos, notes, attempt the final assessment in order to proof their 70% proficiency for certification.
• Students are also required to submit a 5- 10 min practical video to the Academy’s email id for business Consultancy and Branding.
• Materials provided includes: Videos, notes, zoom live sessions and certificate
